Bengali Fish Fry

Sorry for the delay, now I am back. During Dugrapuga all bengali eats a lot!! me no exception. Starting with a starter here. Bengali fish fry.




You need -

Fish Fillet (2" X 4" size, thin slice from any boneless fish) 16Pcs
Freshly prepared Ginger Juice
1 spoon Garlic paste
Freshly crushed pepper
1 lime (Juice)
Salt to taste
2 Egg
Bread Crumbs
Oil to fry


Preparation -

Marinate overnight the fish fillets with ginger juice, garlic paste, salt , lime juice, pepper.

Heat oil in a shallow fry pan

Beat the egg and keep in in a bowl

Keep bread crumbs (about 100Gms) in a flat platter



Frying Instruction -



Take the fillets, give it a good dip(bath) in the egg batter

Roll it on breadcrumbs so that crumbs are well layered on the fillet

Put them in frying pan, deep fry till dark brown.



Garnish with onion slice and cucumbers slice.!!!
