Week End Chicken Fry and a Drink

Alright! week end is coming again and its time to have a good dish with a good drink(please practice sensible drinking, alcohol abuse severely damages Liver and can kill you!). Today I am in a mood to have some fried chicken wing lets with a Thai flavour. As I never cook in pure style and always tend to mix a doze of Indian flavour to any dish , this one is no exception!! So lets get ready!
You need -
A packet of Wing lets (we get 16 PCs in UAE, you might get different number in other countries)
3 tbs Japanese Rice wine vinegar
1tbs Oyster Sauce
2 Tbs Soya sauce
1 Bell Pepper (Thinly Chopped)
1 Onion(red, thinly chopped)
1tbs Jeera powder (Cumin)
1 Lime (juice)
1 Tbs sugar
1 cup of thinly sliced Letuce or Cabbage as per your choice
3 chopped Green Chilli(paddy/peparika)
5 spoon of olive oil or any white oli.
Salt to taste
Start Cooking -
Take a frying pan , put olive/white oil, heat up. Now put bell pepper and onion in to it fry till translucent. Now add Jeera powder, salt, sugar. chopped chillies, fry for about 30sec. Add the cabbage/lettuce fry for another 30sec. Now add, Rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice(please add lime juice carefully so that the dish doesnt become too sour!) and fry for another 30-45 sec.
Pour all your wing lets in the pan now. Keep cooking till the wings are soft and juice started comming out. Now add sugar and cook further to dry up all the juices. Once its dried - You are done!!!
Have this with the drink.
==Week End cool Rum==
You need -
Dark Rum
Soda, lime juice
Pudina / Mint leaves
Ice Cube
Mix Ice cube, Fresh Lime Juice and a bunch of Pudina in your mixer. Blend it to for a slippery crushed Ice paste.
Take a long glass, fill it wit a Large Rum shot(60ml), pour about 30Ml of your blended mix and fill the Glass with soda(if you don't like soda , please use water)
to garnish put a mint leave on the top of the drink with a half circle slice of lime!
Cheers!!!
HOPE you will enjoy this weekend...
Till next time.....
